This document will give you a few suggestions on where you can show your video and also some helpful links on how to upload to different platforms.
Your Website
This one is a bit obvious but you’d be surprised how many people don’t put their videos on their website. We recommend putting your video on your homepage right up the top so people can watch it as soon as they arrive and get a good idea of what your company does. We recommend uploading your video to Youtube or Vimeo and then embed it on your website. At the end of the day video is 12x more engaging than both photos and text so it’s your best bet to engage a potential customer/client.
Social Media
When it comes to social media you’ve got a few options, but these are the main ones you should post on: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Get your friends to share the video and boost the level of engagement as much as possible when you first post it. This will mean your post will get better overall engagement and it won’t just become another video on someone’s news feed. Your Newsletter
Send your video out in a newsletter. If you don’t have a newsletter then go sign up for a FREE MailChimp account and get started ASAP! It’s definitely a must and helps your previous customers/clients to remember you’re still around.
